近期老師們在上課與小朋友做游戲過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)了很多小朋友一會就出現(xiàn)體能下降、肢體不協(xié)調(diào)等問題,為了讓孩子們有充沛的體力和精力投入到日常學習生活中,我們7月的ECA就帶領我們學員到了少兒體適能中心給他們上一節(jié)少兒體適能課。
體適能是Physical Fitness的中文翻譯,是指人體所具備的有充足的精力從事日常工作(學習)而不感疲勞,同時有余力享受休閑活動的樂趣,能夠適應突發(fā)狀況的能力。美國運動醫(yī)學會(American College of Sport Medicine,ACSM)認為:體適能由健康體適能和技能體適能組成。
Please allow me to introduce the Physicial Fitness to you, Physicial Fitness means the human body has enough energy to engage in daily work, without feeling tired whilst ensuring you have enough energy to enjoy leisure activities at the same time. The ACSM believes Physicial Fitness consists of physical health as well as mental health.
4-7歲組風采
隨著物質生活水平的提高,電子產(chǎn)品的更新?lián)Q代,造成幼兒生長發(fā)育失調(diào),更加上缺乏體育鍛煉等。部分孩子出現(xiàn)了諸如身體肥胖,厭食、惰性等問題,現(xiàn)在得提高孩子和家長鍛煉的意識了。
With the improvement of living standards, the replacement of electronic products has caused the growth of young children to become unbalanced, resulting in less physical exercise. Some children have experienced problems such as weight gain、anorexia and inertia,so it's time to improve childrens and parents' awareness of physical exercise。
8-9歲組風采
這次體適能活動,大家都很努力的去克服各種困難來完成老師設立的所有項目,不過大家在提升內(nèi)在涵養(yǎng)的時候也要提升身體素質哦。
Through this Physicial Fittness activity, everyone tried their best to overcome their own weaknesses to complete the sport events. Don't forget to improve both your physicial fitness as well as your mental health. Healthy body, healthy mind!
